1 Off Motorsports Return Policy

We strive to provide the best possible parts and service in the industry. We proudly stand behind our products, and therefore offer a 30 Day No Hassle Return Policy.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a refund of your purchase price. **NO RESTOCKING FEES** We can only exchange or refund 1 Off Motorsports branded products!

All returned product must come in new condition, unless noted below in order to receive a full refund.  Additional brands sold by 1 Off Motorsports (ie. Spiegler, Hotbodies Racing, Galfer.....etc) are subject to Manufacturer's Warranty and Return Policy.

DAMAGED ITEMS OR MISSING/ WRONG ITEMS FROM ORDER

Products damaged in shipping or having items missing from the packaging must be reported to 1 Off Motorsports within one week of delivery by emailing to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or calling 888-225-6418. Damage or lost package claims are filed through the freight company and we must follow their process. We will need clear pictures of the damaged items before we can process any claims.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS FOR REFUNDS

Returns and exchanges must be done within 30-days from the time you received the items. Returns for working items must be in new/unused condition with the original packaging.  Under no circumstances will we accept a return for a part that has been damaged or used, even if we shipped you the wrong part.  Under no circumstances is 1 Off Motorsports responsible for any additional cost incured by customers who have the components professionally or self installed.  Warranty claims are at the discretion of 1 Off Motorsports.

SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURNED ITEMS

1 Off Motorsports will provide a return shipping label to retrieve the full product for testing.  1 Off Motorsports will replace any faulty component(s) and ship the product back to the customer.  If ALL the returned product proves to be in good working condition after the warranty claim has been filed the customer will be responsible for all shipping expenses assosiated with the claim. For expedited shipping, additional fees will apply to all expedited shipments.  The additional cost will depend on the selected shipping method.  This is for 30 days after date of purchase only, after 30 days the customer is responsible for shipping.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

Physically damaged products are NOT covered under warranty. Outside factors that may cause an item to fail would void the warranty.  If you did not purchase your products directly from us you will need a invoice # and the retailer you purchased the item from. All correspondence will be through your retailer. We strongly suggest that you return your product to us using a carrier that provides shipping insurance. Often returns arrive broken and we can then not honor the warranty. We will work with you and your carrier to obtain compensation for broken products.

HID KIT IS NOT THE COLOR I WAS EXPECTING

HID Kit bulb color can and will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and from lot to lot. On receipt of your kit, please test connect your bulbs without installing your kit and verify that you are happy with the color. Within 1 week of delivery we will exchange bulbs with you if you want a different color but the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping product BOTH WAYS. 1 Off Motorsports does warrant that our bulb colors will conform to our standard in class. Therefore, if, as an example, you order 6000K and your bulbs are yellowish, we will warranty this. But we will not guarantee that the shade of a bulb will exactly match your expectations or be the exact shade you desired.>
