If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your 1 Off Motorsports HID Conversion kit, we will provide you a Full Refund Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is more than just a refund; it is a promise to deliver complete satisfaction to our customers.
If you’re not fully satisfied with our product, please complete the following steps in order for us to honor our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Complete the following steps within 30 Days of your return:
- Please take at least 3 pictures with our kit connected to your motorcycle or vehicle to confirm installation of our product before you return it to our retailer. We have to be able to see our brand on the ballast and our box that it came in.

1 OFF Motorsports HID Conversion kit must be returned for a full refund to the place of Purchase within 30 Days if bought in a retailer. If bought online, please contact us at 888.225.6418 to process the return. You will be emailed an Return Form, fill it out and mail it along with your kit. Please keep a copy of your tracking number for your records.
