I must say, I was very suprised on the improvement I saw with these lights! it really was like night and day, my visibility increased 10 fold. Installation was not as hard as I expected, but I dont think it should be done by someone who has 0 mechanical experience.rnrnOverall I highly recommend this upgrade!

i had hid sets on my last two bikes both suzuki hayabusas and have sworn by them since the day installed my first set 6 years ago. thank goodness the prices have dropped on the kits lol. Will swear by hids on every bike I own.

The BMW K1300S HID headlight conversion kit comes with Xenon bulbs, which your replace your bikes stock headlights. Produces 5000 lumens compared to 900-1200 lumens produced by factory halogen bulbs. This means more visibility, a safer experience, and an overall more confident ride. While these lights produce over three times more lumens, they only draw 1/3 the amount of electricity off of your battery.

CAN BUS HID INTEGRATION

Newer BMW Motorcycle models use a Controller Area Network (CAN) Bus technology to diagnose your motorcycles electrical system for errors. This technology allows your motorcycles computer to quickly asses faults on your system. Our HID lights are 100% CAN Bus compatible! they integrate with your motorcycles electrical system by using a integrator chip installed within our ballasts, not needing any additiona components installed! Our CAN Bus ballast runs a 35 Watt system, decreasing the load on your electrical system by as much as 10% Percent
